Our work began by focusing on teaching Lila the technical basics of content creation, and experimenting with different styles to find what worked for her and what her audience responded to. During our weekly 1:1 meetings, we made videos centered around personal stories, musical performances, and her personal lifestyle. We also turned her existing college radio show into dozens of videos.

 

We determined that performance videos brought the most engagement, so we streamlined their production so that they wouldn't be a burden in Lila's life.
